You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Creator accounts require identity verification and, for minors, parental consent.
4. Content Guidelines
All content uploaded to PRO AM LIVE TV must be appropriate for a youth audience. Content that contains violence, explicit language, hate speech, or adult themes will be removed. Creators must ensure they have the right to distribute all content they upload.
5. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content to PRO AM LIVE TV, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform. You may not use copyrighted material without proper authorization.
6. Partner Channels
Partner channel operators agree to maintain content standards consistent with PRO AM LIVE TV guidelines. Partner channels are responsible for scheduling, managing, and moderating their own content within the platform rules.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
PRO AM LIVE TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
